Introduction
FishPath provides AI-powered fishing prediction and ocean intelligence services on a subscription basis. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Subscription Plans
FishPath may offer trial passes, regional subscriptions, professional access, fleet plans, and other paid services. Each plan may include different forecast regions, data layers, historical data, user limits, reports, support levels, and access periods.
Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the selected package and billing period shown at checkout. Prices may be listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes, bank charges, payment processor fees, or currency conversion charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.
Automatic Renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not want the subscription to renew.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. FishPath may use email to send account, billing, security, and service messages.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse FishPath, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape or resell forecast data without permission, upload harmful files, or use FishPath in violation of fishing, maritime, data, export, or other applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
FishPath software, design, forecasts, models, analysis, graphics, branding, and content are owned by FishPath or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the service for your own permitted operations during the active subscription period.
Disclaimer
FishPath forecasts are decision-support information only. FishPath does not guarantee fish catch, vessel safety, regulatory compliance, weather conditions, sea state, or commercial results. You remain responsible for seamanship, official weather sources, navigation, permits, EEZ rules, local fishing regulations, and operational decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FishPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the service. FishPath's total liability for a paid customer is limited to the amount paid for the affected subscription period.
Account Termination
You may stop using FishPath or cancel your subscription at any time. FishPath may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, security risk, misuse, violation of these terms, or legal requirements.
Governing Law
Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute should first be raised with FishPath so both parties can attempt to resolve it in good faith.
