FishPath provides subscription-based digital services.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, customers are encouraged to evaluate the service before purchasing.

Initial Subscription

Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase may be considered, provided the service has not been substantially used.

Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. Customers can cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund payments already made.
